Rhina Love, for over a decade behind the turntables with Jazz-Funk & Disco tracks. Growing up in Bonn with the symphonies of Beethoven and in a household surrounded by music and sound engineering has shaped her to pursue a path of music, philosophy, dance and art. In her childhood she began recording cassettes and enjoying her father’s Indian tape collection, which greatly inspired her musical mind.

Rhina’s unique style and taste in records reflects her profound knowledge and class. She has graced the decks at special clubs, headlined international gigs and festivals, Europe Tours and appeared on global radio shows. Rhina has also worked as a music curator and played several times at the Berlinale International Film Festival.

Her heart beats especially for Jazz, which she constantly emphasizes throughout her career and even kicks off the year 2025 with a successful gig at the 14.WinterJazz Festival, DE. The fascinating interplay between Jazz, Funk, Brazil, Soul and Disco is a charismatic experience and rarity. As a music curator, Rhina creates sound atmospheres for a variety of settings. She has curated music for glamorous events with French Riviera sounds, Dolce Vita-inspired Italian nights and for a Grand Yozakura x Cherry Blossom event, where she exclusively showcased Japanese Jazz-Funk and 70s-80s music.

Whether singing in musical films alongside Adam Driver (Annette by Leos Carax, 2021), playing records for German Chancellor Olaf Scholz, producing music, choreographing theatre performances, playing in music videos with former James Brown drummer (Tony Cook), or participating in jam sessions and philosophical evenings with The Sun Ra Arkestra, it stand out that Rhina Love lives for art and music. In addition to her musical and acting paths, Rhina works as an international fashion model since her teenage years.
